2 months post op and i can feel the tumor again

is my uterus still enlarged 2.5 months post op (laprascopic myo) ? I still feel pressure down there some times and an peeing alot, trying to lose more weight bc it's supposed to help with symptoms but it's so hard, i'm barely eating
it's been almost 3 months since my surgery and I think it could be back!!?
