Using scientific processes, I’ve concluded that my Mini Beryl at Home without the Beryl rail can remain a braced pistol based off of that ATF scorecard. Then adding an optics rail (without an optic) concludes that it’s an NFA item based on said scorecard. I’m going to hate these rules.
