Last nights dinner. Sa Cha Chicken. This is the first time I made this myself. The only place I have ever had Sa Cha was at a defunct restaurant named Sammy's in NYC. If you've never tried it I recommend getting a jar from Lee Kum Kee. The recipe is in the second photo.
