Sexual Side effects

I want to start saying that english isn’t my first language so forgive me for anything wrong

That saying i start taking 3 days ago, i have a lot of side effects but none really bother me besides the sexual, I still get hard but i cant cum, i have a really high sex drive but now I don’t feel the need and the desire but still want to have the pleasure.

In any normal situation this won’t bother me, but next week is the valentine’s day in my country and will be my first dating and I’m really worried because of that, I really want to have a nice night with my girlfriend

Is there any chance that this will be better in 1 week?
