can I cancel my order???

has anyone had experience with this on yzy supply? accidentally placed a large order on the wrong credit card and need to cancel it to order it on the card I originally intended to. I emailed the support and have not gotten a response but I am worried since they have a no-refund policy they will not cancel my order and refund me? am I stupid for thinking this? I don't want to have to dispute the charges

UPDATE: gave them a clear email with the order number of the one I wanted cancelled and explained that I re-ordered, they proceeded to cancel both orders and tell me will receive my refund in 3-5 days... never ordering again lol
