Signs of being overtrained and under recovery?

I've been working out 7 days per week and felt fine. But lately I've got a new physical labour job when I lost my office job, it's kinda physically demanding, but I still lift 7 days but keep the volume lower. I also run or jog or walk 1-2 hours everyday too

One month into the job and it's been fine. But lately I discovered that I have energy drinks addiction where I would drink a lot of them everyday. I stopped for one week and everything in my body feels tired, lifeless, no energy, always sleepy and wanting to sleep. But I don't know if it's a cutting out caffein thingbor it's me putting too much stress on my body physically but caffein makes me not realize it. Like, overworking is the reason for tireness, not caffein.
