I hate being a woman in a patriarchy!!! Let men bleed from their dicks!!

I hate it. I hate being a woman. Why do I have to deal with contraception? Why isn’t there a faster progress on male contraceptive methods? I got the copper IUD because hormonal birth control made me depressed, overly emotional and just not feel like myself. And condoms? Oh, of course, he goes soft. Fantastic. So now I have the copper IUD, which means excruciating cramps and heavy bleeding (some women probably have it even worse).

If only women existed, we wouldn’t even need contraception and every woman with a heavy period would automatically stay home during her period. But no, we’re not taken seriously. When I take ibuprofen (which I always do because I can’t function otherwise when I’m on my period), I’m told I should take less because it’s unhealthy. At work, people tell me to smile more. Smile? Bleed out of your goddamn dick first, then come talk to me about smiling.
