How to do persona points like purple plan
So I really want to be back on the purple plan but no matter how I take the quiz, I never get the option to have as many free carbs (oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, popcorn). I don’t eat all of these things in a day but one day it might be the rice and the next oatmeal… I hate tracking them when I didn’t have to so I’m not but I realize that means I should use fewer daily points? Anyone have this figured out?
