How do you deliver?

I have been just making a Drive account and upload to Youtube. The 15GB is free and I give the clients the account, but I am curious what everyone does. I just did a 25 min 4k video and it was 7GB, so storage isn't my concern, just trying to find a more professional route, or something that has better quality I can upload to, as Youtube is compressed and doesn't always default to the highest quality. I assume everyone wants to stream instead of downloading 5GB+ files.
