PNE forum bag policy / restrictions

I’m going to a concert tomorrow at the PNE forum and i’m just wondering if i can bring a small bag? Also do they allow you to bring in water (I get really thirsty and i don’t want to spend 5 dollars on a bottle of water). Thanks pals :-)!
