Retirement airplane?

My dad worked for United for 33 years and retired during covid. Apparently when people retire they are typically given a model airplane (from what he says). But because of all going on with covid he didn't get kne.

Does anyone know what model it is so I can get it for him?

Edit: he wasn't a pilot, he was a program manager. But he thought everyone got a model when they retired. Was that only for pilots?
