STOMACH FLU FLIGHT IN 6 HRS

Hi all, due to working at a kindergarten, I caught Magen Darm/ stomach flu on Wednesday. This has happened before and basically I need a toilet/ bucket to be available to me for the next 48 hours. I have called united and they said I can’t do anything except pay 300 euros (which I seriously don’t have) What else can I do/say for them to move my flight 24 hours later? I really don’t want to have to cancel my whole trip visiting my parents. :(
