Taking a Flixbus that arrives in Prague at 1130am. Can I book the connecting OBBjet train to Vienna for 1245pm or is that too risky?

I’ve only take a Flixbus once before, years ago, in Europe somewhere and it was horrifyingly late, like an hour or so. Not sure if this is common or just one bad experience. Is a 1h 45 gap enough time?
