Excited to start!

I’m signed up for training on 9/17! I’ve been doing basic mindfulness meditation for three and a half years but I don’t know that it’s a great fit for how my brain works. I had been intimidated by the cost of TM, but I finally reached out and my local (office? chapter?) was able to help quite a lot.

I’m antsy to get started and read through a lot of the archives here. Any advice for this next month while I wait?
