Just finished a very long full domination high elf playthrough. I wanna start a new imperial playthrough. But I have a question regarding the victory conditions.

I don't wanna do a full domination victory again it's just too long and gets boring and tedious. How do you all go about your victory conditions? Do you set your own goals and roleplay? Do you just pick a direction and expan? Or are their any mods that add fun missions or victory conditions for the lords? Thank you!
