What is your 2.5yo doing independently? And how to make them speak clearly?

Mine is just starting to put on socks and one time she put on her pants but couldn't pull up all the way. Just want to know what else we can practice doing to work on her motor skills. Feel free to brag about your kid, I could use the inspiration.

When she talks, most people can only understand 50% of what's she's saying. It's been a while since she's spoken to people outside of her parents/family, though her grandma speaks little English so maybe that helps her learn to speak more clearly.
