Companies taking new customers?

I reached my goal weight in December and cancelled my membership with HenryMeds (i had a little stockpile and am close to the end of it) . . . I never really thought about maintenance until recently . . . Is there a company that will provide "maintaince" tirzepatide now that I am no longer obese (BMI 22). Hoping to not go back to HenryMeds due to their high prices. Yes. I am aware that its no longer on the shorage list.
