LSH Delays in Communication

Has anyone else experienced significant delays in communication from Lavender Sky Health? I submitted a refill request on 01/15/25 and never received an invoice (yes, I checked the portal like a stalker). I followed up with a support request on 01/22/25 AM through the portal and never received a response. This morning I emailed patient support directly following the directions in the confirmation email that said “if you do not hear back from us in 2 business days, please email….”
