What differences between the comic and the show are you okay with happening? (Spoilers for both Comic and Show)

For me it's obviously with Shane's character being extended from the first to the second season finale. And I was happy they chose to make The Governor a Jim Jones type than the Danny Trejo look alike in the comics. I can buy people in the apocalypse being charmed by the charismatic David Morrissey, hell I'd probably fall for it myself if it meant living in Woodbury.
