Colleague Shop (CS)

Have they change the rules on reductions/ CS?, I see quite a few shops (HGV) and regularly I see colleagues throwing out yellow reduction labels at 8pm or before so no chance for colleagues to put thru tills for free at 9pm etc. Has this little perk gone too?, in fairness I’ve given up looking at reductions as not a vegetarian 😁.
