Anyone have any good tips for losing weight?

Please don’t just say things like “oh, your body is fine” and shit like that, I’m looking for genuine advice. I’ve been trying to lose weight for years and yet I keep gaining once I start losing it. Keep in mind that I don’t have access to exercise equipment except for a broken cycling thing in my basement, and I’m in a small town and I’m not making me parents drive 45 minutes to bring me to the nearest gym. Any advice is greatly appreciated appreciated!! And do NOT be weird about these pictures, they are all just for the sake of showing my current weight so I can receive more accurate advice.
