Is this hardware legit?

Hello everyone!

My beloved JLCooper midi patchbay just died and I'm in need of a replacement to send clock signal to all my devices. I have a backup device with one output that can send a filtered clock signal, but I need to have at minimum 8 separate outputs for this.

Anyone tried this device before? It looks legit, but I wanted to ask the community before I pick it up. Seems to be a good affordable option instead of buying a used/outdated MOTU usb 8in/8out device.

Thoughts?
