Sci-Fi with real science

Can you recommend some science fiction novels that are actually accurate in terms of astronomy, chemistry, physics etc.

Better still if it's graded in terms of easiest to understand for someone who's not familiar with these subjects.

It'd be great to learn them implicitly by reading.
