I am an addict looking for tips.

I am addicted to sugar in all forms.

Usually I barely ingest any all day (besides fruit and a teaspoon of honey) for several days, but eventually I WILL empty a bag of candy for desert. When I'm stressed/depressed that is almost every day. Quitting 100% has never worked for anything, so I'm not even going there. I thought exercising more would help, but I've been doing that daily for almost a year now and it's still the same.

What do you do to control yourself?
