Sugar free for four months now.
Hi guys. It's been four long months of no sugar and no whites. But this is my birthday month and I plan on finally biting into that doughnut, but I'm very sceptical and worried about getting back on track and not eating it again.
What if I lose my mind and end up binge eating and getting back to my old habits. The fear of losing the discipline I've had over the last four months.
Will power and a strong mind is on thing, but sugar cravings are a whole other thing.
Could you guys leave me some tips on how to not lose track after a cheat day, or should I just not eat sugar and stick to dates and wheat cake for my birthday.
