Too many failing grades, scared to enroll

I'm a second-year student at Red School in Dasma and I'm facing a little (?) problem. I have a total of seven failing grades: three from last year's second semester and four this semester (including a major subject). One subject is incomplete, and another is an unauthorized withdrawal because I only attended online classes instead of the in-person ones. I'm supposed to enroll today, but I'm too scared to go for assessment because I fear they won't let me enroll. Last year, I only got to enroll because I passed my summer classes and wrote a letter promising to improve, which I clearly didn't do. I don't know what to say to the faculty; I've become a regular there because of my failing grades. I promised my parents I'd do better this semester, but it's gotten worse. It's my own fault; I lack motivation sometimes because I'm an irregular student and don't have friends in my classes. I keep telling myself I'll improve, but it just gets worse. I don't know how to face my parents. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION AND INCREASE MY CHANCES OF BEING ALLOWED TO ENROLL?

UPDATE: HELLO OFFICIALLY ENROLLED NA PO ME!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THE ADVICES AND REALITY CHECKS!!! ^
