Imagine if They Had Hired Tony Gilroy for the Section 31 Movie

I can't get over how good Andor was and after seeing this movie that should have been a tax write-off I can't help but imagine what it would have been like in Tony Gilroy's hands. I don't know if this movie is indicative of everything in development now or if they let this be released to lower the quality we expect from Trek. And now I sound like a conspiracy theorist lol.
