Sigma 100-400 or 150-600?

I’m currently invested into the lumix system and I’m looking to pick up my first super telephoto lens and I can’t decide between these two, which seem to be my only options atm for L-Mount. I’m going to be shooting minor league baseball primarily and I’ll have photo credentials with access to all the primary shooting locations. I’ll have a 24-70 on another body so I was thinking to 100-400 would be easier to haul around but wouldn’t mind it if the extra 200mm was worth it.
