He is 100% thriving off the attention we give him. We need to grey rock him, like yesterday. We’re giving him power by focusing on him so much and we need to focus on the outcome we’re wanting instead.

This would mean stop commenting about him, stop replying to comments about him, stop talking about him. He is the type of person who probably thrives off our fear. I think we should strip him of that.
