Weird "glowing" effect on every character (ENB)

I'm using Silent Horizons 2, all of the Lux mods, EVLaS, Embers XD and NAT (the old one, as it it recommended by SH2).

And every character in the game has a blue-ish glow when they're in the dark.

Does anyone know what could possibly cause this? I tried looking it up online but found nothing.

EDIT: Fixed! Here's the solution for anyone that needs it: Disable Extra Skylight in NAT Settings
