Frozen NPC.
Well I'm using vortex and I'm new to Skyrim mods, I have a few mods mainly for npc and combat but the Npc are frozen and I can't move. In the initial cinematic I couldn't move the camera so I vacated everything and got to when you got out of the car and activated everything and there they are frozen again.
