Has anyone bought these supposed working replicas?

Been seeing this on EBay recently and got me thinking do these actually work like the original figures or is it a scam? The colors are pretty but it’s completely useless if it doesn’t do anything in game. The reviews honestly feel like bot comments besides the few negative comments. Has anyone been brave enough to buy one?
