I lose my temper extremely fast.

First of all, I I have never hit anyone or made mean comments out of anger. But I get mad/upset/annoyed extremely fast. Especially the last 30 days that I am on a diet I have noticed that my patience is even more decreased.

For example: I am using the computer for something important and it starts glitching. I immediately feel my body getting hot and my leg starts to shake with annoyance. Then the second time it glitches I push a random object off the table or I throw it against the wall hard.

After that l feel guilty for being so short tempered.
