Tissue Recovery Tech

Hi, I’ve been a CST for 2 years and needing something different. Looking into tissue recovery tech positions and wondering what a day looks like. I’ve seen most seem to be 24 hrs on call, 48 hrs off. What is your pay like compared to a staff hospital employee? Are you paid one rate while on call and another when called in? How many cases do you average during a week?
