Need rpg recommendations.

I played dragon age inquisition on PS4 but it kept crashing for some reason and restarting the game to the beginning so i hadda quit. Ive been looking into some like skyrim which i always wanted to play and ive heard soooooooooooooooo much about. Im not a huge fan of the fallout games or their combat system. But i did wanna try the og fallout. Skyrim is on my list but any others? deep lore, secrets, and engaging combat is all im really looking for. The graphics can be horrible it can be from whatever time.
