Hide Cleaning

I’ve recently purchased some resin or plastic hides from FB marketplace and don’t know how to go about cleaning them so they’re safe to put in my enclosure. I know for wood you can bake them but I’m pretty sure these hides would melt in the over. Any suggestions are appreciated!
