Quiet places to study on Sundays?

It looks like all the libraries are closed on Sundays?? Which is insane. The coffee shops used to be good but now they are just overcrowded and so loud. Is there any quiet place to get work done? It doesn't have to be completely silent, just need a table and some chill music and light conversation without the madness.
