So… who’s actually getting exercise in
Because I’m struggling just to show up to work and school, and do laundry now that i’m 30 weeks.
My husband keeps making offhanded comments about exercising more and it’s making me feel guilty because I just don’t have the bandwidth to do more than a few things on the exercise ball. He tagged me in a post by a pregnant person who has been going on 3+ mile walks every day and it made me feel so down (which I did talk to him about and he apologized when he realized how it was making me feel). I haven’t been super active but I use the ball a few times a week and clean which elevates my heart rate.
I want to use my walking pad to try to do short walks but it’s just so tiring to wake up at 6am go to class or work until 6pm and then come home and exercise before bed. Obviously, I know it’s beneficial and I should try to do a little more to prepare for labor and such.
Anybody else struggling with exercise? Got any tips for getting in some exercise that doesn’t feel like torture? 😅
