Did anyone stay on their ADHD medication while pregnant?

Hi friends.

I’m having a bit of a difficult time without my adhd medication.

For a little backstory- adderall seemed to be the only thing to help my depression, Anxiety, adhd and ocdc together.

Sounds weird but I noticed my depression and anxiety typically stemmed from my neurodivergence/ ADHD getting in the way of being able to function normally, accomplish things in a timely manner, focus etc which would lead to a spiral of guilt, anxiety and depression.

With the ocd I feel like it’s easier to redirect the obsessive thoughts on adderall.

My midwife offered to prescribe me adderall under the care of a psychiatrist but I declined because I feel like there’s not enough research and I’m trying to be as natural with my pregnancy as possible. I won’t even really take Tylenol unless I feel like my pain/discomfort is causing stress that would be worse for the baby than not taking it.

That being said I’m curious if anyone stayed on a low dose of adderall or any adhd medication while pregnant? And is your baby ok? I’m on 10mg instant release, and some days I wish I could just take one to feel semi normal again.

I understand this is a choice I have to make on my own but I’m curious to hear the experience of others.
