steam dlc/mods select before download

so i played ark a while ago,i bought all the dlc and downloaded plenty of mods,now i wanted to to install it again and it requires almost 400 gbs on steam to even start the download,is there a way i can uncheck all the mods and dlcs so ican just download base game and dlc that i want ?
