HDMI only works when plugged in after boot (5080)

Hi, I've got an odd issue whereby the HDMI output of my 5080 doesn't appear to work unless I unplug and re-plug my TV back in. When I first boot, the Bois screens comes up showing the output is working but as soon as windows fires up it does dead.

Once I've got it working again by replugging, it works after a reboot but not after the TV and PC have been powered down for a few minutes. Really annoying and I can't for the life of me think why. My 3080ti worked absolutely fine before this. Any help would be appreciated!
