Please GGG, add an in-game preview option for the mtx in the shop

I recently bought the celestial MTX from the shop since it's discounted recently. Only to see that the effect was BARELY visible. I appealed for a refund but support rejected my appeal, stating that i have refunded a few times before therefore they cannot refund again.

I do admit that I have refunded a few times, but all for the same reason: The mtx i bought either clipped through other mtx, giving a weird visual on my character, or is barely visible.

If ggg can't refund our purchases, at least give us an in-game character preview for the MTXs so we can be sure that the mtx we plan to purchase really is the "one". Giving out preview videos is not enough, and almost leads to false advertising as seeing it on the video and having it on your own character is vastly different.
