Is this feeling mutual or am I just weird?

I’ve been struggling with a thought lately, and I wanted to ask for some perspective. I feel like I could contribute more to a country like the U.S. or a western country rather than Pakistan, especially when it comes to my career and personal growth. I’m passionate about my work and feel like I could make a real impact if given the right opportunities, but it’s hard to ignore that I feel like my skillset might be better suited to a different environment. Has anyone else felt like this? Is it strange to want to work for another country and feel like you could be more valuable to them than your own? I’m torn between loyalty to my home country and the desire to pursue bigger opportunities elsewhere.
