Overclock 9800x3d high temp

Hi

Can some one tell me if there is something wrong with what I am doing overclocking my 9800x3d

I am following skatterbencher step 2 process

• Set precision boost to advanced
• Set pbo limits to Motherboard
• Set precision overdrive scalar to manual, 10x
• set max cpu to 200
• set curve optimizer to -20

After setting up the changes, I ran OCCT CPU test

Extreme, Steady, AVX2, 16 threads

When running the tests, my cpu temp is hitting 88-89 C.

Am I doing something wrong?

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d

MB: 870E MSI Carbon

AIO: Arctic Freezer 3 420

Ram: G.SKILL 32GB 6000 CL30 (Enabled Expo)
