when will these sicknesses end

I was able to make it through the holidays—- avoided the flu, Covid, all those illnesses that was happening post thanksgiving, Christmas and New years. 3 days ago I felt something in my sinus, then woke up the next morning with a sore throat. Now I’ve got a full blown headache, major head and nose congestion, and a slight cough. Sigh, I thought it was maybe the wind but idk at this point.
