Has anyone continue seeing their doctor after reporting them to the CPSO?

I'm simply curious-no judgement.

I understand doctors are people and people are flawed. For safety it would be wise to discontinue the relationship with the doctor to avoid any type of reprise or retaliation from them. Sometimes this includes a whole family leaving a clinic if the doctor was reported by one member-for safety and to avoid any retaliatory behavior from the reported doctor and their staff.

I'm just curious though if the CPSO involves any attempt reconciliation between the doctor and client, esp. in situations where the client is "in the process" or "pending" an important treatment or procedure and it may interfere with their medical treatment to abruptly end their relationship with said doctor. Or at least in such situations the CPSO instructs the doctor to complete the treatment required for the client and was sanctioned to not retaliate in any way or they can lose their license.

Or, for some reason maybe thas anyone just stayed with the doctor after reporting them to the CPSO but for other reasons?
