Went in blind with "One Day"

I saw the trailer for One Day a bit ago and thought it was a sweet, lighthearted romance movie, boy was I wrong! And yet, I was totally pulled in and ended up binging the series. I didn't know that the show was an adaptation so I was devastated at the ending! Especially after watching the main characters' tumultuous relationship and eventual growth. Ugh, it really hit hard. I really enjoyed the show, though, bc I got my fill of romance tropes and nostalgia.
