How old was Ganymede supposed to be when abducted by Zeus?

I’m reading about Greek mythology for the first time, and have just come across this myth. I feel fairly uncomfortable to say the least lmao. Especially considering that I assume it was used to justify some pretty fucked up relationships. Is an exact age ever ascribed to him, or is he just identified as a ‘youth’
