How much more stretch do you guys estimate?

This is my runtz photoperiod plant. When I flipped to flower the branches were 16cm long. Now it's at day 28 of flower and the branches are 56cm long.

I need to keep the branches as short as possible due to the limited height. How much long do you guys think they will become and how could I keep them from out growing the tent?
