Tamale Question
Hey guys n gals, some of you may have seen my pickled serranos post a few days ago, if not, I’ve made some pickled serranos like you get from taco trucks. Ive seen tamales with a green pepper and cheese in them. Are pickled peppers usable in this? Or is that like toraedos in them? I’ve been wanting to make some tamales but don’t have any meat for any, I do have some homemade refried beans but not sure how well that’d work?
